A quick and tasty chicken bake with filo pastry

Filo pastry can be reheated but it will be soggy. Do not freeze it though!
Ingredients
Diced Chicken
Chopped garlic
Sliced Leek
Sliced Mushrooms
White Sauce (I make mine with cream)
Chicken Stock
Filo Pastry
Oil Spray
Instructions
Brown chicken and garlic in a frying pan.
Add sliced leek and mushrooms and cook until soft.
Cook white sauce and add in one cube of chicken stock mixed with 1/4 cup of boiling water to give it a more chickeny flavour.
Pour the sauce over the chicken & veggie mix and spoon it into a baking dish.
Spray each sheet of filo pastry with oil and scrunch this up on the top of the pie.
Bake until golden and devour!
