Nutricia offers Multiples Hutt Valley club members direct, wholesale pricing on a range of Karicare and Aptamil formula through their Nutricia Multiple Birth Club.
Formula can be purchased in orders of 6, 12 or 18 tins per calendar month and is shipped directly to your door, saving you time and money.
How do I apply?

A letter from your doctor*
You need to provide a letter from your healthcare professional that includes your children's names, date of birth, and confirmation that they are being formula fed.
* Your healthcare professional can be your doctor, nurse, midwife, Whānau Āwhina Plunket nurse, or other Well Child Tamariki Ora provider.
Birth certificates
You'll need to provide copies of your multiples' birth certificates
